We all know it is very hard to purchase items on the internet before you get to see it or even touch it. That is why we have made our online returns even easier using our online store to organise returns, packaging slips and notifications.
Items purchased using our online shop can be returned for an exchange or a full refund if the items are sent back to us no more than 14 days after purchase. Jewellery, giftware and other products (excluding furniture) must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached. We will only refund postage if the item/s are faulty or have been sent by mistake.

Upon receiving the returned item we will process either the exchange or refund. We aim to complete returns up to 5 days of receiving the returned item/s. The exchanged item will be sent using a nation courier or a selected delivery method. We do not offer a free returns delivery pick up service, but can help with advice on how to protect and dispatch your item/s.
We buy directly from the families who make it, thereby cutting out the middleman. We have to maintain a balance whereby the price paid for the goods is fair and the price we offer the goods for sale is also fair.
There may be imperfections in the build. Wood is a natural product and can “move” causing it to shrink, warp, crack etc. If this occurs Oasis cannot be held responsible for this.
Each piece is individual so we will try to match up with your requirements e.g. dark grains, light grains etc… The stain and varnishes used may vary slightly too. To keep your furniture in tip-top condition please ensure that it is kept out of direct sunlight, moist or damp conditions, direct heat sources and away from extreme changes in temperature. At Oasis our aim is to please our customers with unique pieces of furniture and have the items delivered to your door within 14 days after purchase. Furniture deliveries are made using a national courier company depending on the area of the UK. All furniture is sent on a standard-sized pallet, where it is the customer's responsibility to dispose of the waste.
Please measure very carefully including your doorways, corridors and of course the room. For furniture, we’ll give you a full refund if you change your mind before delivery. If we arrive to deliver your goods and find that we have access problems or you wish to no longer have the items, we will give you a refund to the credit card used, but we will deduct a collection fee of the original cost of the delivery (depending on your Postcode), and also 20% for restocking excluding the delivery price.
Please note that your delivery is to your door on a pallet, providing that there is suitable access for the delivery team. The customer is required to sign a delivery note to accept delivery. Before signing we ask out customers to check for the following:
- The goods are in good condition.
- Any damages must be written on the delivery note with the driver's signature, or contact us before signing.
Please notify us within 2 working days if there is any damage. After this timescale, we cannot produce a claim to the Haulage company. If the goods are not checked and the delivery note is signed by the customer, Oasis cannot be held responsible for any damages or loss to the items.
