UK Delivery Information:

Orders are automatically calculated once customer have started checkout process. This can be located under the "Estimate Shipping and Tax" tab. We aim to dispatch all our parcels by 5pm the same day, but cannot disptach during the weekend. Items will be dispatched Monday morning if purchased through out the weekend or late friday.

UK (light) delivery

When using our UK light delivery service, we estimate 3 - 5 working days for delivery time. Please note, these times are approximate and delivery may take up to 10 days depending upon your location.

This delivery is for marked items only that are light to post. Items are generally under 2KG will be charged this price.

UK Pallet service is available on all furniture deliveries to ensure your selected furniture arrives safely. Please note that your delivery is to the door providing that there is suitable access. The customer is required to sign a delivery note  after the following checks have been made:

1) The goods are in good condition
2) Any damages must be written on the delivery note with the drivers signature.

 If the goods are not checked and the delivery note is signed by the customer, Oasis cannot be held responsible for any damages or loss to the items.

Please take a minute and read through how we process our returns and exchanges. If you do have any problems at all please call us on 01983 613760 or email us using the contact us page. Please do not post any items to us without contacting us first.

Oasis online shop - Returns Policy

Items purchased using our online shop can be returned for an exchange or a full refund if the items are sent back to us no more than 14 days after delivery to the customers address. Jewellery, giftware and other products (excluding furniture) must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached. We will only refund postage if the item/s are faulty or been sent by mistake. 

We endeavour to double-check every order before being packaged. However, if there should prove to be a fault or error with any items delivered we will compensate you fully (including postage prices of returning the item), and ask you to send back the faulty item . We do ask our customers to organise recorded delivery from their courrier of choice to return any items.

We do not offer a free returns delivery pick up service, but can help with advice on how to protect and dispatch your item/s.

After we have been notified of an return, we will contact you either by email or telephone. We ask our customers if they could include a copy of the original invoice and placed inside the with the item. Upon receiving the returned item we will process either the exchange or refund. We aim to complete returns up to 5 days of receiving the returned item/s. The exchanged item will be sent using a nation courier.

In the case of a refund the credit card used for the transaction will be credited, and no other. Cheque will be issued if we have refunded the customer more than they originally spent on the order. The customer will be notified of their returns status by e-mail.

Please note that our website terms & conditions and returns policy are different to the ones that our displayed in our shop due to different regulations and laws. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights

Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase will be required for all exchanges which must take place within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will only be given on faulty gifts.

 

Furniture Policy

At Oasis our aim is to please our customers with unique pieces of furniture and have the items delivered to your door within 14 days after purchase. We buy directly from the families who make it, therefore cutting out the middle man. We have to obtain a balance whereby the price paid for the goods is fair and the price we offer the goods for sale is also fair.

Please measure very carefully including your doorways, corridors and of course the room. For furniture we'll give you a full refund if you change your mind before delivery. If we arrive to deliver your goods and find that we have access problems or you wish to no longer have the items, we will give you a refund to the credit card used, but we will deduct a £75 collection fee, and also 10% for restocking excluding the delivery price.

There maybe imperfections in the build. Wood is a natural product and can "move" causing it to shrink, warp, crack etc. If this occurs Oasis cannot be held responsible for this.

Each piece is individual so we will try to match up with your requirements e.g. dark grains, light grains etc... The stain and varnishes used may vary slightly too. To keep your furniture in tip-top condition please ensure that it is kept out of direct sunlight, moist or damp conditions, direct heat source and away from extreme changes of temperature. Furniture Delivery Policy

Please note that your delivery is to your door, providing that there is suitable access for Acclaim parcels express. The customer is required to sign a delivery note to accept delivery. Before signing we ask out customers to check for the following:

1)The goods are in good condition
2)Any damages must be written on the delivery note with the drivers signature, or contact us before signing.

Please notify us within 2 working days if there is any damage. After this timescale we cannot produce a claim to the Haulage company.
If the goods are note checked and the delivery note is signed by the customer, Oasis cannot be held responsible for any damages or loss to the items.
